Happy first day of Fall (officially)!  

We haven't done a Food for Thought in a long time, I couldn't decide on a topic so I thought I'd just share some articles I've liked lately.

We're off to the Pensacola Seafood Festival, can't wait to try "Gulf to Table" eating.  Here's one of our best backyard fisherman ;) ....

  2. Have you been to the Biloxi Gumbo festival? I think it goes every spring... When T was there for flight school we took a day trip out to Biloxi, and it was gumbo heaven! Never got to go to the Pensacola Seafood Festival, but it always sounded great! Hope it was a fun time.
