To me, this says Spring. The flavors are crisp, fresh and earthy. I'd never had radishes this way before and just loved it. It was one of the recipes everyone loved at my Foodbuzz 24 x 24 dinner. When I read that radishes pair really well with butter I knew I had to make Crostini.
Ingredients:
5-6 Radishes sliced thin
1 bunch of Pea Sprouts
Kerrygold Garlic Herb Butter
1 Baguette, sliced
This is a great quick recipe for a party.
Slice your baguette, spread the butter over the top, place 2-3 radish slices on top and then top that with 2-3 pea sprouts for a delicate finish.
