Something you're really excited about...and it comes out....well...ugly. All I can say is that it involved Gingersnap cookies and Key Lime pie.
It tasted amazing, like I hoped and dreamed it would. If you closed your eyes and just took a bite you would never know the difference.
But I can't possibly suggest someone else try it and fail miserably too. I tried, I really did. But I'm going to have to redo this one before I can post a recipe.
I did love the smell of the limes filling my kitchen though. That made it all okay. And I secretly put the used lime peels in the garbage disposal to refresh the air when someone runs it later. Bonus!
